About Us
THE STUDIO
The Fay Wood Studio moved to Saugerties, N.Y. located in the beautiful Hudson Valley in 1992. Our new Studio is on Market Street, in the village. We are a part of a lively cultural group with year-round events to interest all our many visitors to the area. My Studio offers a variety of unique art, from prize - winning Sculpture, (my first love) to oil paintings ,a drawing/collage studio, and tapestries. Visitors fall in love with American fine arts.
After 11 years of a fine life in Saugerties and a successful studio tour, I have moved my home & studio to be closer to family in Greensboro, No. Carolina, where I will have the newest Fay Wood Studio!
FAY WOOD -the artist
Fay Wood is an artist with years of experience. Her work has been called innovative, well-crafted, a joy to own - she has shown her work in Italy, Germany, England and across the United states , and is in many private collections. This year ( 2020 her work was selected for a corporate library , a Canadian manufacturer to use her paintings on a Fay Wood clothing line, and was selected to be in the film "Audrey".......as well as continuing to be shown in several area galleries.
