About The Work
Why I DRAW
I fell in love with drawing as a young woman. It has given me a sense of accomplishment, peace, and an appreciation of the wonderful complexities involved in creating a work of art. I now choose designs from my garden. Still life, and always, my cats as subjects to draw in a representational manner.
The garden and still life drawings are for collectors to buy; the cats are for my own pleasure.

Building a collection can give you many memories and friends over the years - people who own my work and show it on their walls have become good friends and come to the studio often to say hello and see the new work, and we all have gotten so much pleasure from seeing each other.
